Artists and Landscape Architects - A Creative Collaboration

As a landscape architect with 25 years’ experience, Mandy will discuss her experiences of working with artists to create integrated and site responsive outcomes for public realm projects such as parklands and streetscapes.
Having worked Queensland-wide, as well as overseas in South Africa, New Zealand and China, Mandy has award-winning expertise in Placemaking, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Master planning and Visual Assessment.

Through strong leadership and collaboration, Mandy helps both public and private clients achieve their project goals from the initial brief and broad scale planning, through to detailed design, documentation and contract administration. She has collaborated with government, environmental and indigenous groups across a variety of projects, ranging from public realm, to education environments and design of commercial landscape projects of all scales. She has also worked extensively within sensitive coastal areas, riverine corridors and wetland environments.
